1) 20+ Hours: If you fulfill 20+ hours of timing, you will receive a 7K event bonus and other market benefits.
2) 5-10 Hours: If you only fulfill 5 to 10 hours of timing, you will receive the ongoing market timing benefits only. You will not be eligible for flight tickets and hotel stay. If you have already taken advantage of flight tickets and hotel stay benefits, 20 points will be deducted in the final settlement.
3) 10-15 Hours: If you only fulfill 10 to 15 hours of timing, you will receive the ongoing market timing benefits only. You will not be eligible for flight tickets. If you have already taken advantage of flight tickets and hotel stay benefits, 10 points will be deducted for flight tickets in the final settlement.
4) 15-20 Hours: If you fulfill 15 to 20 hours of timing, you will receive the ongoing market timing benefits and will be eligible for flight tickets and hotel stay only.
5) Package Offer: Purchase one package with either 200 points or 500 points to receive a trip package for free. This offer includes flight tickets, hotel stay, entertainment, and food.
6) Flight Changes: If you change the flight time or flight ticket, a fee of 10 points will be charged for a round trip and 5 points for a one-way trip.
7) Trip Cancellation: In the event of a trip cancellation, all funds will be refunded except for flight and stay tickets, which will cost 20 points. Additionally, the bonus will be deducted.
8) Extra Credit: Additional credit packages are available but do not include flight and stay. If the funds are unused, they will be refunded after the event. You may continue using the bonus amount if desired.
9) Replacement of a Person: For replacing a person, only the extra flight charge of approximately 10 points will be applied. If informed before 24 hours, only the time change fee will be charged; otherwise, it will be considered as new tickets.
10) Bonus Package: Level 1 can have an extra 5 tickets, and Level 2 can have 3 tickets. The deduction will be done after the event.
11) If you choose not to use the complimentary flight and hotel benefit, you’ll receive an extra 20 points. However, if you opt for either the flight or the hotel, you’ll still receive an additional 10 points at the time of settlement.
12) 7K points cannot be transferred internally. Points are only counted when they are bought from your wallet.
13) After the completion of the event, submit the remaining profit points on our website to receive the HFG back within 72 hours.
